- Measurable
- Attainable
- Relevant
- Time-bound
Second, you want to determine whether your existing content is really engaging your audience or not.
Ideally, you want to incorporate a variety of content types—regularly change things up when posting, dropping in items like polls, videos, webinars and other content you’ve created. You want to generate a response from your audience so that they become not only invested in your post but your brand as a whole!
Finally, don’t be afraid to go right to the source—your target audience. What makes them want to be social online? By conducting an audit of your customers, you can get a better sense of what works and what doesn’t when trying to generate reactions and—in the end—sales!
